Microlocs Installation

Microlocs are small, lightweight, fully interlocked locs installed using precise sectioning to create a clean grid that supports healthy, long-term growth. This is the signature service at Tended
This service includes:
Professional precision sectioning of the entire head
Individual installation of each loc using the interlocking technique
Tailored aftercare guidance and maintenance schedule

Microlocs Extensions
2–3 days
Starting at $2,700+
Combines microlocs extensions with loose hair or pre-existing microlocs for seamless added length immediately. Expert sectioning and blending ensures a completely natural finish.
This process requires:
Detailed precision sectioning
Installation of loc extensions and seamless blending
Hair extensions are NOT included — must be purchased separately or provided by the client.

Microlocs Extensions with Solar Locs
2–3 days
Starting at $3,000+
The premium option. Solar Locs human hair extensions offer the most seamless, natural-looking result and come with a manufacturer's warranty.
Please note:
Extensions are purchased directly from Solar Locs, not included in the service price
Extensions must be ordered at least 6 weeks before your installation date
Human hair with Solar Locs manufacturer's warranty
Late extension orders will result in rescheduling.

MAINTENANCE
Maintain & Strengthen
Great locs are not a one-time event; they are a practice. Your maintenance appointments are what keep your crown healthy, defined, and growing strong.
Retightening — 4 to 6 Weeks

Your essential maintenance appointment. Precision interlocking keeps your microlocs neat, defined, and growing evenly. Consistent retightening is what allows locs to mature properly and stay uniform.
Additional time billed at $50/hour above stated service time.
Retightening — 6 to 8 Weeks
Up to 4 hours

For clients on an extended maintenance schedule. The same precision interlocking care, adjusted for additional new growth since your last appointment.

For clients with longer gaps between maintenance. Thorough retightening to restore structure, prevent matting at the roots, and keep locs healthy long-term.

Loc Detox / Deep Cleanse

A targeted deep-cleansing treatment to remove product buildup, oil residue, and lint trapped inside mature locs over time. Recommended periodically for all loc types.
Standard Loc Wash

A professional cleansing experience to refresh your scalp and maintain the health of your locs, removing buildup while preserving loc integrity and structure.
